"Our family had a private tour to the Grand Canyon booked 2 months out with a competitor who canceled on us 12 hours before our planned excursion. Panicked, we got online to find another tour, since we just had this one day set aside for the Grand Canyon. Arizona Tour and Travel came through for our party of 7, with a private van tour to the Grand Canyon. Our guide Stevee was knowledgable and pleasant. We couldn't thank you enough! Should have booked you guys from the beginning!-Amy G.   Grand Canyon Tours - Private

"What an amazing day with an amazing tour guide!!  Steveebe picked us up at 11am and returned us at 9pm. We did the Grand Canyon Sunset tour. Absolutely beautiful and was so worth it. I believe Steve was as excited about taking us on the tour as we were. He has so much knowledge that he shared with us the entire trip. He was funny and accommodating. He even taught our group of 4 how to get amazing pictures. The Grand Canyon is the main event, but there is so much more to the tour. The pizza at the end of the tour was delicious!! I can’t say enough about the tour and Steve!!! Take the tour!!!!! -Candice J.   Grand Canyon Sunset Tour

"My wife and I had an incredible time on our tour of the Grand Canyon. Our guide ”Steveebe” was a virtual encyclopedia of knowledge about the Grand Canyon and surrounding areas. Took us to to some incredible spots along the Grand Canyon rim away from the crowds. Give us some great tips to maximize our time, enjoying the views, instead of waiting in lines!-Dan K.   Grand Canyon Tours

"We booked the tour of Horseshoe Bend and Antelope Canyon! Our guide Stevee was so awesome! We had so much fun, he told us to try this fried bread and it was great! He made frequent stops and asked if we were ok and gave us water! How attentive! I hope he gets a raise! He even gave us suggestions for more hikes in Grand Canyon.-Patricia D.

"Phenomenal tour. The views at the Grand Canyon are spectacular. What was even more spectacular though was the day spent with Stevee B who was friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. He engaged each group of passengers as they boarded the van and had lots of fun facts to connect with the people from varying states and countries. The information shared during the day both on the ride through Oak Creek Canyon, Flagstaff, and up into the Canyon, added a great deal to the enjoyment of the day. We ended the day enjoying the beautiful stars in the Arizona sky. Tremendous experience!-Maryann R.   Grand Canyon Tours

"Outstanding Grand Canyon experience. We had an amazing tour with Steve, he had a wealth of knowledge about the Canyon and the entire surrounding area. He took us to the key spots that everyone goes to but he also took us to all of his favorite and lesser visited spots. The sunset was incredible and not at all crowded. Would absolutely recommend.-Rachel C.   Grand Canyon Sunset Tour

"Stevee is the BEST GUIDE EVER!!!  We had the BEST Time! Our Guide was Stevee and he was FANTASTIC! I have been on a lot of day trip tours all over the world and this one was one of the best because of him! He knew so much about EVERYTHING! and kept you entertained the whole time! Even when we got stopped on the side of the road for 45 minutes he pulled out Bob his dinosaur and took pictures of everyone being chased by the dinosaur! The views of this tour were also incredible, I can not believe these places are real. HIGHLY Recommend!-Christa S.   Grand Canyon Tours

"We had an amazing visit to the GC with our very informative and organized host/guide Stevee. The weather was perfect for the trip and he made it enjoyable with a good mix of music and conversation. He provided us with some interesting facts about the local history as well as funny stories from past tours. Don’t let the chilly temps keep you away from booking this tour. Winter is a great time to visit the GC! Stevee took us to some beautiful locations and made sure we had some awesome pics to show friends and family. It was a seamless trip from start to finish! -Russell R.    Grand Canyon Sunset Tour

"Avoid the driving hassle. We done the Grand Canyon Tour as a family activity with young adults. Yes, we could have drove ourself and had a rental car. We did this to avoid family disputes about driving and it was worth every expensive penny!! Guide Steve was probably the best tour guide I have ever had in my life. Such a brain full of knowledge and history. He definitely kept the tour fun and informative. This was all of our first time here and this way we probably learned and saw more than if we had been on our own. Ask for Steve!!!-Pimento C.     Grand Canyon Tours

"FANTASTIC! And great way to see the canyon. Read for Tips. This was a fantastic and very thorough tour. I would highly recommend it. Our tour guide and driver was Steveebe (or Steve). He was extremely knowledgeable about the areas that he took us and also a wealth of trivia. We saw sunset crater and walked among the lava rock and cinders. (Shoes get dusty so don't wear your prized tennis shoes), then Wupatki Pueblos, Hoodoos, and lunch on an Indian Reservation, which was delicious. (Yes, they have both American food and traditional Native dishes. I had a BLT). After lunch we ventured to Grand Canyon which was phenomenal. Again, our guide Steve was absolutely fantastic with information, answering questions and taking our pictures. We made 4 stops and had plenty of time at each to admire the incredibleness of it all. Tips I wish I had had prior to trip: It's not necessarily hot, it is in places and cool in others. Wrap a sweatshirt/jacket around your waist so you have it. Wear comfy supportive tennis shoes and socks. You'll be happy you did. I did not need sunscreen or my hat but was glad I had it just in case. There are plenty of bathroom stops. I requested the front seat of the bus. I did not mean the passenger side of very front, but another couple were already occupying the front seat, so I sat with the Steve the guide/driver. I would suggest when someone requests front seat due to motion sickness you charge them more and reserve the front passenger seat for them and their traveling companion. As it was, my friends sat in the very back and I was in the very front. :-(. We brought plenty of snacks and ate none. Not sure if it was the altitude. but we weren't hungry after lunch. As for rigor, I am 64, and have had a 3 level lower spine fusion. I was fine getting in out of the tall van and walking the areas. I was a bit breathless from time to time from walking exertion and I don't smoke. I'm from the east coast (sea level so atmosphere was thinner than used to). We had one opportunity to go on a trail and walk below the rim of the canyon. I wanted very much to go but decided to stay behind. The friend I was traveling with was in better shape than I (same age) and she said it was a struggle to get back up. Large up steps onto rocks and very short of breath (she is a smoker). Just know your own limitations would be my best advice. It's a great trip. I like to be prepared and I was probably over prepared. You stop at a gas station twice so you can buy snacks, and cold drinks if needed. You can also buy snacks and drinks at the lunch stop and lots of beautiful handmade items. You won't need water because the guide was fully stocked with ice cold water. Have a blast and don't miss this trip!!!! P.S, every seat in the van is good for viewing and hearing so don't worry about that.-Lisa M.     Grand Canyon with Ruins Tour
